No controls or propeller comes with the motor to keep price as low as possible for those who are repowering. If needed, I have a nice stainless-steel prop and controls available contact me if needing these items.
If local I can start and demonstrate motor prior to purchase. Motor runs absolutely perfect even 115lbs compression, never broken tampered with which is how you want to buy a used motor. Power tilt works good and lower unit is free of water and metal shavings.
