Tracking
A tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped (if available from the shipping company).
Damage or Loss
If the item arrives damaged:

Report within 3 days of receipt.
Claims will be processed according to shipping and insurance policies.
Rejections & Returns
Items rejected by customs or the recipient:
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
